Amanda and Tyler are always helpful in getting Bullet to feel at ease when we are there. Dr Leann is very thorough and checks him over carefully and is great explaining everything she is checking for and tests he needs to have. Kristen at the desk is always welcoming and helpful. Everyone is great! Highly recommend!
All employees are extremely friendly and they all know Addy when we walk in the doors! I always know they have only Addy’s best interest in mind so our families pet will be with us for MANY years to come!
We have received good advice over the phone from Kristin, one of the vet techs. When we bring Emma in the atmosphere is relaxed, professional and friendly. All of our questions are answered. Emma is not afraid to go there. Leann, the vet always follows up by phone if necessary. Highly recommended.
The staff were amazing! We brought in our first ever puppy and they were so helpful and resourceful. They gave so much information in their puppy packs for you to take home and read. They are there for any questions or concerns you may have! Love our experiences with them!
My 7 y.o. cat receives excellent care here. The staff is very friendly and gentle with my pet. They are very attentive to get me in and out quickly while also answering all my questions in a respectful way.
Sneaky is a stray cat, we didn’t know when we would be able to catch him but when we did they accommodated us to get him neutered and his vaccinations while making it stressless for him.
Their compassion is admirable.
Brought my new puppy in for her first visit. They were very informative with things I should do and when to get necessary testing and procedures done. Super helpful with any questions I had about products. We recently got her spayed. They called when they were done to let me know how she did and to inform me of an infection she had. I was so thankful they kept me updated and took care of her so well. She loves going there too as they have yummy treats. 🙂
